William and Natalia engaging with Bluebee Pals
I have 2 children, William and Natalia. They both love their Bluebee Pals. As a parent, I have seen Natalia’s ability to focus improve when using her Bluebee. Before Bluebee came along, it was hard for Natalia to feel motivated to complete educationally based tasks. Her pal Bluebee has turned educational time into fun time! He helps keep her calm with cuddles, and we’ve seen a marked decreased in meltdowns when she is overwhelmed. In fact, Natalia is starting to use her words to express how she is feeling, which has been one of her difficulties. One of her favorite activities is to dress her Bear up and interact with her friend while playing iStory, Dr.Suess’ books, Teach me Kindergarten and Teach me first grade.
William uses Word Bingo most of all with his Lion Bluebee. He will look at his face when working with Word Bingo, which has always been an issue, and focuses better with his Bluebee Pal. In addition, he enjoys iStory time, YouTube, and Wiki Kids. William has a severe sensory sensitivity, and Bluebee has helped him adapt to sensory input through cuddles. William is starting to interact more with his peers, and is sometimes even looking at people for a moment, which never happened before. He is speaking to others more and is loves to tell his peers the things he has learned from using his Bluebee and Wiki Kids.
