Sammy Bear May Winner-” Sweet Hannah”
She is such a sweet and caring young lady. And despite the many assertions that children on the Autism spectrum are aloof, she is one of the sweetest, friendliest little girls I have ever met. She greets everyone with a smile and certainly keeps us all laughing! She is a little fighter, having faced more than her fair share of struggles in such a short life. But with her zest for life and determination, nothing will hold her back! Little miss Hannah is my hero, and certainly one of the bravest girls I know. She makes me abundantly proud every single day.

Bluebee Pals an ‘Educational Tool” for at Home and School
Play and Learn at Home
Whether it is to learn or to catch up on their favorite shows, my preschoolers enjoy having time on the computer and tablet. As a parent I am often concerned that the girls have spent too much time looking at screens, potentially causing damage to their vision. The Bluebee Pal has helped us to eliminate long periods of looking at a screen because the focus has turned to watching its mouth move and paying closer attention to the actual story or song. This guarantees a successful and quiet learning time.
Using videos to dig a little deeper into topics is typical for homeschoolers, and it is no different for the classroom. I am visual learner, so I tend to teach my children with many visual examples. Once a week I teach a co-op class, and this past session I taught basic science concepts to 29 four and five-year-olds. During our weather week, I introduced the concept of seasons with a video and a song with the help of our Bluebee Pal.

Bluebees Pals and Head Start Programs
My boys LOVE their Bluebees Pal, Hudson the Puppy! It has helped my oldest son Peyton (Sensory Processing Disorder and Speech Delay) get ready for Headstart! This is the BEST gift anyone could give a child!
Head Start and Early Head Start programs support the mental, social, and emotional development of children from birth to age 5. In addition to education services, programs provide children and their families with health, nutrition, social, and other services. Head Start services are responsive to each child and family’s ethnic, cultural, and linguistic heritage.

Team Wins “Levi & Emmalee White”- Sammy Bear May Contest Winner
I thought the doctor was insane. Emmalee was diagnosed just 3 short weeks later. I had no idea. All I knew of autism was what I’d heard about and I didn’t realize there was such as a huge spectrum. Though she smiled and looked me in the eyes, she too was diagnosed with severe autism.
We sold everything we owned, depleted our savings and moved 3 hours away to a city that accepted the twins into an early ABA center.

The Amazing Cameron – Sammy Bear May Contest Winner
He is The sweetest little boy and full of laughs and smiles and is always so happy. He has been through so much, and still it continues. I’d love to have something he’d love that could help him learn and his speech and development.. I wasn’t him to be ok and start progressing more and be able to put him in normal school instead of special ed. I think this could help him.

Inspiring Story: April”s Sammy Bear Contest
Hello! My 4.5 year old daughter Teagan was born after having suffered two strokes in utero! She had lost 02/blood flow to her brain causing significant brain injury (Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy) Against all odds, she made it through meconium aspiration, multi organ failure, seizures and more and after 6 weeks in the NICU were finally able to bring her home!
Teagan is my hero & today she is living and thriving with mild mixed dyskinetic CP, Autism, severe sensory processing disorder, vision and hearing impairment, epilepsy and more but always still has a huge smile on her face, so much so that she is lovingly referred to as “Little Miss Sunshine” by those who know her!
