I am writing today on behalf of my son, Austin Fennig. My son is currently 12 years old, but is mentally a toddler. He has Autism, Epilepsy, ADHD, static encephalopathy, moderate intellectual disability, and disruptive behavior disorder. He is currently learning to use an ipad and various touch screens to navigate and learn at school. He does have some verbal skills that he can articulate. He does not do as well with expressing his feelings and can get overwhelmed with not being able to express his hurt, anger, etc.
Austin loves watching his nick jr and disney jr videos and discussing transportation vehicles (police, fire, ambulance, tow trucks, etc.).
We have been lucky to find simplistic apps for him to enjoy and I believe that a bluebee pal will enable him to stay engaged longer at tasks. Just recently, Austin will allow someone to read a book to him and pay attention for longer than 3 minutes. I honestly believe that a Bluebee Pal would engage him longer than a person. He always gravitates toward his stuffed animals when he wants to try and express himself. For instance, to say he saw classmate get his hand hurt, he will go get a stuffed animal and do his best to express what transpired that day. I truly believe that a bluebee pal would be extremely beneficial to his intellectual and emotional growth.

Austin loves his Bluebee Pal! He is interacting with bluebee pal and is focusing longer with the ipad learning apps. He is starting to make progress at home and school when bluebee lion is with him. This is a wonderful learning invention! Thank you so much for making this possible!

Sincerely,
Jennifer L. Fennig
